Relaxation Massage
(1 hour, 1.5-hour, 2 hour) ($90, $135, $200)
This basic full body massage can use light or deep pressure dependent on the client’s needs. The most common focus is going to be neck, shoulders and low back. The face, chest and abs are excluded and only work through the sheets are done on the glutes. This massage is for any person who just wants to relax and relieve the common everyday stress.
Therapeutic Massage
(1 hour, 1.5-hour, 2 hour) ($90, $135, $200)
This full body massage uses a variety of modalities that include Swedish, deep tissue, interactive fascial therapy, stretching, sports, or any other technique that we decide will help promote a holistic healing for the body. We sometimes drape the legs and use techniques that increase range of motion. Techniques may be active or passive dependent on the client’s preference. Everything can be worked on in this massage to include the face, chest, abs, and glutes. The goal of this massage is to place the body where it needs to be in order to create a full range of motion at the joints.
Sports Massage
(30 Min, 1 hour) ($45, $90)
This is massage designed for athletes at any level of competition. We ask that you wear comfortable gym clothing as a variety of stretching, interactive fascial therapy, PNF, tapotment and vibration will be used. This is to help increase performance and lower recovery time from injury. There are different techniques used for pre-event, post-event, and general maintenance, so please talk to your therapist about your needs prior to the massage.
Prenatal
(1 hour ) ($90)
Prenatal massage is designed to relax expectant mothers. This massage starts in the side lying position and focuses on the areas of the body that are affected most from pregnancy. It is a lighter massage that ends with a relaxing foot massage. Massage helps relieve normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as back pains, stiff neck, and leg cramps as well as foot swelling.
Hands and Feet Scrub
(1 hour) ($85)
This massage dedicates 15 minutes to each hand and foot. This massage comes with a hand and foot sugar scrub. It is designed to increase circulation and stimulate the nervous system. It is known to help arthritic pain and promote sleep and decrease symptoms related to fibromyalgia.
Scalp and Foot Treatment
(60 Minutes $100)
This is a 60 minute massage that comes with a coconut and argan oil for a relaxing scalp treatment. In addition this will include a full foot treatment from amber products. The foot treatment starts with a cleanse and a sugar scrub. After that we will apply a foot masque and wrap the feet in hot towels. This treatment ends with a recovery lotion to leave the feet soft and refreshed.
Sound Healing
($30 Minute Private Sound Healing $50)
Come experience a private sound healing session today! Each session includes 4 crystal sound bowls, a wind chime, tingshas and tuning forks to create an immersive experience to place the client into a meditative state of mind. Sound healing helps relieve stress, improve the immune system, as well as calm the nerves. Feel free to add a 30 minute sound healing session to either an one-hour massage or a 90-minute massage if you prefer.
