Please Read Before Booking

The Ginger Root Therapy has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If a client books and cancels or no call/ no shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service time will be charged.  In the event of a medical or family emergency the fee will be charged however, if the client reaches out to us they can reschedule the appointment within a reasonable time with no charge.

New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.  Please note that the front door may be locked. Please text (775)501-1991 that you have arrived for your appointment and a massage therapist will meet you at the front door to let you in.
